As a certified Human Resources specialist, she has coached and mentored executives on issues relating to organizational development, employee relations and various business models helping them to align their recruitment and retention strategies with overall business objectives.

Paula was born in England, and now resides in Ventura, California with her family where she is an active board member with Laubach Literacy of Ventura County, Inc. Here too she has demonstrated her intense love of the "art" of the sale by shaping fund-raising strategies through grass roots events.

She holds a masters degree in business from one of the top 25 universities in California.
